At Mintel, I design AI-powered research and analytics tools used by global teams; shaping experiences that help people understand, trust, and act on complex information. I specialise in turning ambiguous problems into clear, intuitive workflows, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
I work closely with product managers and engineers to define problems early and deliver thoughtful, scalable solutions. My work sits at the intersection of UI craft, UX structure, and product thinking, with a strong focus on design systems, accessibility, and long-term product evolution.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me staying active through tennis and gyming, discovering new music, attending live gigs and festivals, tending to the garden, and cheering on my team at a football match.
